Service Description
We will test the battery, starter, alternator, and related components to your vehicles starting and charging system. Many times this means the brake switch and or the neutral safety switch. *Most diagnostic testing issues can be diagnosed within the service call price. However, on a rare occasion extensive testing and inspection may be required. If this comes into play we will communicate with you*
Cancellation Policy
Please be sure if you book an appointment that it's one that will work for you. We will confirm the appointment time and date with you ASAP (Generally within 2-3 Hours). If you schedule an appointment and must re-schedule or cancel the appointment please notify us ASAP so we can try to fill that appointment. Everyone's time is very valuable to us so please know we will be mindful of that. If you have canceled more than 2 appointments with Clever Automotive you will be required to pre-pay the service call/diagnostics fee to schedule another appointment.
